While this has NEVER been the experience of any of my clients I do understand and empathize with the question. I do not due to the fact I am still doing the work but I don't mind figuring out a path forward for finding a visual solution you love.
4. WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE IT? CAN I GET A REFUND?
I definitely understand the desire especially for smaller businesses to save some money. Due to the immense value that's being provided I do not unless there is a contract signed for recurring projects with a client.
3. DO YOU NEGOTIATE PRICES?
DBL is a business with integrity and I believe that a business isn't successful simply by having a logo but the power is in the system of a comprehensive visual brand so I do not offer just logos.
2. CAN I JUST GET A LOGO?
Developing a visual brand identity isn't just about looking nice but understanding and carrying you along. This process takes on average a month with minimal revisions and prompt email responses from clients.
